[ARCHIVED] Water and Sewer Replacements on Main Street

Main Street and Springfield Avenue Water and Sewer Work

Carroll County Bureau of Utilities is replacing water and sewer mains along Main Street. This project is expected to take 220 working days with minimal utility interruption. We will be updating our Ongoing Projects page with information as we receive it
