Sandosky Road and Townhouse Drive
The Town of Sykesville, Maryland is seeking proposals from qualified real estate developers to work cooperatively with the Town in redeveloping up to nine parcels that the Town owns at or near the intersection of Sandosky Road and Townhouse Drive.
Submissions are due by 5PM on May 31, 2017.
