Thursday, June 8, 2017 from 7:00 P.M. to 8:30 P.M.
The focus will be on 1917 and 1918, two very bad years for humanity, but hopefully the presentation will be lighthearted and fun.
Topics may include (according to Jack’s whim) the strange case of Wade Warfield’s disappearing moustache, the Springfield doctor who vanished in the Bermuda Triangle, the woman with the iron stomach, and more mundane subjects, such as where everyone worked in 1918 (it might surprise you), and World War 1 and the great flu that threatened to wipe out humanity.
