SEEKING VOLUNTEERS! The Sykesville Parks and Recreation Committee (SPARC) is always looking for additional members and volunteers who are interested in making a difference through park improvement, recreational activities, and events for our families and others. SPARC meets at the Town House on the 4th Thursday of each month at 7:00 pm. If interested, please come visit one of our meetings.
