Development Information - Enclave at Parkside

The Enclave at Parkside is a proposed 47-unit townhouse subdivision situated adjacent to the existing Parkside development.

The preliminary plan for this subdivision has been submitted by Elm Street Communities and is currently undergoing the development review process through the necessary review agencies.

A Planning Commission Meeting/Public Hearing is scheduled for August 7, 2023 at 7:00 PM. 

The comment period has been extended to September 5, 2023. Submit comments by email to jantrobus@sykesville.net 

During this meeting the Preliminary Plan, Pattern Book, Traffic Study and Market Study will be presented. 

The purpose of the Public Hearing is to grant any person interested in the proposed Preliminary Plan to offer comment. Comments are also welcome to be submitted by email to jantrobus@sykesville.net prior to the date and time of the Public Hearing. 

The Town Council will hold a Public Hearing on the Adequate Public Facilities for this development at their meeting on August 14, 2023 beginning at 7:00 PM.  The Planning Commission recommended approval of the Adequate Public Facilities.

Comments will be taken at the Public Hearing, but they can also be submitted via email to town@sykesville.net prior to the date and time of the Public Hearing.
